Leading the innovative culinary team at Da Vinci’s is executive chef Ariel Reyna. His deep appreciation for Italian cuisine was developed at a young age growing up in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where he was exposed to a variety of foods that would fuel his life long passion for cooking. He began his culinary career working alongside his Italian mother at the age of 15. In 1996 he studied Culinary Arts & Sciences and Restaurant Management at the Buenos Aires Culinary Institute where he received his degree and obtained the Le Cordon Bleu diploma. He then worked at top restaurants in New York, and now resides at DaVinci’s since 2009. He is a seasoned talent with extensive experience in the culinary arena.
